Here’s what the process looks like, from start to finish. Larger projects will take longer to plan and implement.

Proposal, Contract and Scope of Work
We’ll share our ideas for the general look, feel, and story of the visuals.
We’ll determine who, what, and where to get the best photographs and video clips.
If you agree with our general direction, we’ll submit a quote, scope of work, and contract to you.
We will finalize the visuals package and determine the best and most cost effective way to get it.
We’ll schedule the shoot, b-roll, and delivery of the final product(s).
If needed, we will create or obtain objects for set design.
Day of Photography/Filming
We will bring our equipment and stage the filming areas at your location.
We will work with the interviewees to make them comfortable.
We will start editing the footage. We’ll choose the music (videos), and prepare a first draft (videos) for your approval.
If you have edits, we will make those and submit a final version to you for your approval.
We will deliver the finished product(s) and help you distribute your visuals if needed.
